Our aim is to deliver your geffrey’s in fabulous condition so that you can quickly place them on the store racks and watch them run out the door so that we hear from you again with another order and
positive feedback.

However there is some important information you should know.
Please read on.

We will inform you of any delays in production, out of stock items, discontinued lines prior to confirming your order.

All the images of geffrey's garments are reproduced as accurately as possible, although sometimes there can be slight variations in colour and size specifications. Because of the nature of geffrey's products we ask that you take a bit of time and choose carefully because once the goods are shipped there is no refund or exchange.

Sizing
geffrey’s knickers were modeled on various sized women to gain standard women’s sizing. The good thing is they are cotton/spandex which gives you some room to move. However geffrey doesn't take responsibility of the sizes you choose. In the end every woman's body is unique and we can't guarantee it will fit to their gorgeous body. However we do guarantee it will look great!

Shipping
We will ship anywhere around the world. The price for shipping will depend on size of order and country.

When we discuss your order, we will confirm shipping price and
delivery time.

geffrey can't take responsibility for delays in delivery because of unforeseen circumstances like strikes, floods, cyclones etc etc. Nor do we take responsibility for loss or damage of goods during it’s shipment.

We recommend that you take out insurance on shipping.

You may be required to pay duties/taxes on the goods. Please enquire on your end of your countries laws and taxes. We take no responsibility for this part.

Order/Payment
A minimum AU$500 is required for each order.

50% deposit required upon order of goods. Remaining 50% prior
to shipment.
